These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nady website and your purchase of products from our online store.

7. Right of Withdrawal – EU Consumers

You may be liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Where possible, products should be returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories.

9. Refunds
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, Nady will refund the payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.
This may include the standard delivery cost charged for the original shipment, where required by law.

10. Nady's 30-Day Return Policy

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not replace, restrict or reduce any statutory consumer rights.
